1 lb cipollini onions, peeled
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt + pepper, generous pinch
2 teaspoons SMAK DAB Beer Chipotle Mustard
Toss onions with all ingredients in a bowl. Arrange in a single layer on a piece of foil, and tightly fold up the sides. Grill on medium-high heat in foil packet for 15 minutes, or until the onions are soft and slightly caramelized.
Serve with grilled meats or cool down and toss into your summer salads.
