3/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon SMAK DAB Mustard (Honey Horseradish or Wasabi Lime)
1/4 head green cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, shredded
2 kohlrabi, julienne (long thin strips)
2 apples, julienne
1/4 cup chopped dill


Whisk together mayo, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, horseradish, and mustard. Mix in with the cabbage, carrot, kohlrabi, apple, and dill. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
