1lb baby potatoes, halved
1 slice of bacon, chopped
Sea salt + pepper
2 tablespoon chopped dill, thyme, or rosemary
1 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon SMAK DAB Mustard (Beer Chipotle, Maple, Honey Horseradish, White Wine Herb)


Toss all ingredients together in a bowl, and lay on a sheet of foil. Fold up, and grill packet on medium high for about 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.

Note: For BBQ carrots, follow the same procedure, maybe a few less minutes of cooking time and omit the bacon. (Unless you want to keep it in there!)
