1 small clove of garlic
2/3 cups raw cashews
3/4 cup water
3 teaspoons SMAK DAB Maple Mustard
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon maple syrup
3/4 teaspoon sea salt
Pinch of pepper


Soak cashews in water overnight. Pour cashews and liquid in a blender, and blend with remaining ingredients. Season with additional salt, pepper, or lemon juice if needed.

Serve on a salad with wilted kale (pour hot water over kale for about a minute and drain, squeeze dry) chickpeas, grated carrot, chopped apple, avocado, and sliced almonds or pumpkin seeds, Yum!
