2 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons SMAK DAB Mustard (Honey Horseradish or White Wine Herb)
2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lime or lemon zest
Pinch of sea salt and pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons chopped dill
1/2 minced jalapeno, seeds removed
Whisk together honey, mustard, juice, zest, and salt. Slowly drizzle in oil, and add dill and jalapeno.
Delicious served on a salad with sliced peaches, toasted pecans, goats cheese, and mixed greens.
