2 large egg yolks
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon SMAK DAB Beer Chipotle Mustard
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
Sea salt + pepper
Water, if needed
In a blender, combine yolks, lemon juice, mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper. With the motor running, slowly drizzle in melted butter. Mix in chopped parsley, and thin sauce with a touch a lukewarm water if needed. Adjust seasoning and serve immediately.
*Serve this decadent sauce over steak, prime rib, pan roasted chicken, or delicate fish and seafood.
